Booking Policy
Terms & Conditions
Please read carefully. Payment of the booking deposit confirms full acceptance of the following terms.
A 50% non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance must be paid within 24 hours after the completion of the event. Payments can be made via bank transfer, e-wallet, or any agreed method. All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit.
Small events: 3–4 weeks. Weddings & large events: 1–3 months. Highlight videos follow the same timeline as photos. Albums are produced only after final design approval by the client. Express delivery options (where offered) are stated within the specific package.
All final edited photos and videos are delivered via Google Drive link. Files remain available on the Drive for 60 days from delivery. Clients are strongly advised to download and back up all files within this period. Raw / unedited files are not provided.
If the outstanding balance is not settled within 24 hours after the event, a late fee of RM 100 per day will be applied. If the client does not respond or fails to make payment within 14 days after the event, the delivery of photos and videos will be withheld and legal action may be initiated to recover the outstanding amount.
By paying the booking deposit, the client agrees to be legally bound by these terms. Any breach — including non-payment, unauthorised use of images, or defamation — may result in legal proceedings, and the client will be responsible for all associated legal fees and costs.
The booking deposit is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances. Rescheduling of a booked date is permitted once, subject to Varun's Photography's availability, and must be requested at least 14 days before the original event date. Rescheduling requests made after this period may be treated as a cancellation.
All photographs and videos remain the intellectual property and copyright of Varun's Photography. Clients are granted personal, non-commercial usage rights. Varun's Photography reserves the right to use any images and videos for portfolio, social media, marketing, publication, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Varun's Photography shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, accidents, government restrictions, or acts of God. In such cases, every reasonable effort will be made to reschedule or provide a suitable replacement photographer.
Payment of the booking deposit constitutes acknowledgement and full acceptance of all terms and conditions stated herein. These terms form a binding agreement between the client and Varun's Photography.
